He takes time to listen to each patient and delivers personalized heart and vascular care that's right for you. He provides preventive cardiology care to manage high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke risk factors, angina, heart rhythm disorders and congestive heart failure.
Dr. Tolan serves as one of the faculty mentors at Dell Medical School Cardiology Fellowship, and he regularly practices global health at missionary hospitals, primarily in Kenya. He is excited to lead EECP treatments at Hill Country Heart Revival, adding a non-invasive and effective tool to his prescribing recommendations.

She oversees 7 locations of Texas Hill Country TMS and continues to expand. She approached her long-time friend, Dr. Scott Tolan, about joining forces to create a model of EECP similar to her successful model of TMS clinics. Both of these outpatient non-invasive treatments provide excellent results without the risks and side effects seen with medications and other invasive procedures in the fields of cardiology and psychiatry. Witnessing life-changing improvements over her patients' TMS courses of 36 treatments has brought Dr. Bening such reward and she is excited to see transformations with 35-session courses of EECP alongside her dear friend and colleague.
